Your trip sits in one band, and that band is the price for the day. There is no kilometre meter, no hourly counting and no minimum kilometres. For a trip of more than one day we average the kilometres over the days, read the band once and multiply by the number of days, so a long first day does not push the whole trip up a band. These bands apply to the Innova Hycross ZX Top and the Innova Crysta, and they apply anywhere in India: there is no extra charge for crossing a state line. Our other cars stay on our per-kilometre rate card. Beyond 650 km in a day we plan the trip as two days.
Nothing is collected from you on the road. The daily rate covers the chauffeur and his allowance. You buy the fuel, full tank out and full tank back, and you pay toll and parking exactly as incurred, against the FASTag statement and the cash receipts. No night charge, no minimum kilometres, no extra kilometre rate, and nothing added for crossing a state line. The car is serviced on schedule at the authorised Toyota workshop and we keep every invoice. Every rule of a booking, written down.
Airport pickups and drops at Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, office and site visits, wedding and family functions, guest movement for companies and a full day of running around Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai.

On the Hycross flat rate there is no kilometre meter and no hourly counting. You pay the day rate and fill the fuel your trip uses. A day runs until 12 midnight. If the car reaches our garage after 11 PM on the last day, one extra day's driver allowance is payable; after 12 midnight, the next day's rate applies. A ₹2,000 deposit confirms your date.

The car and your chauffeur reach your door. Pay the rate, fuel where applicable, and toll/parking. That is the whole bill.
The flat rate above is for the Hycross ZX Top. For two or three people on a tighter budget, or a large group, we also run the Innova Crysta, sedans, Ertiga and Carens, Tempo Travellers, the Force Urbania and buses, quoted for your trip.
The same family has run cars from Andheri East since 1988. You talk to the people who run the fleet, not a call centre.
A drop is priced exactly like a same-day return to the same place, because the car covers the same kilometres either way. The return kilometres are counted in the band, so there is no one-way premium and no separate dead mileage charge on top. You pay the fuel for the whole journey, out and back, plus toll/parking and any state tax at actuals.

Tolls run on FASTag and are passed on with receipts. Nothing is hidden.

The outstation deposit is refunded if you cancel at least 72 hours before the trip.
We pick up anywhere in Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai and the airport. Fuel and kilometres are counted from our garage and back.
