Our flagship Innova Hycross ZX Top, filmed on the actual car. The panoramic sunroof opening, the powered recliner captain seats with the electric leg rest out, and the cabin on the move.
The film explains the daily bands, why more days means a lower daily rate, how a one-way drop is priced and what is charged at actuals. The rates on this page follow it.
Mumbai to Alibaug cab in the Hycross ZX Top, with a chauffeur, priced by the day. Wondering about Alibaug car rental cost? It is one daily rate, whether you want a taxi to Alibaug for the day or a cab to Alibaug for the weekend. Our Alibaug taxi service stays with you once you arrive, so there is no separate taxi in Alibaug or Alibaug local taxi to find between beaches. Compared with car rentals in Alibaug, the Mumbai to Alibaug taxi starts at your door. For Alibaug taxi booking or Mumbai to Alibag cabs, send your date on WhatsApp.
Guaranteed model, not a category. You are booking our flagship Innova Hycross ZX Top. Once your booking is confirmed we send you photographs of that exact car, its registration number, and your chauffeur's name and number. Every cab aggregator in this market writes "or similar" against every car, because none of them knows which car will arrive at your door. See the car.

The Innova Crysta is the same trip at ₹500 a day less, driver plus 6 with two captain seats in the middle row; driver plus 7 is subject to availability, when a bench extension is fitted between the captain seats. The Innova Hycross ZX Top is the top model: powered recliner captain seats, a panoramic sunroof and a near-silent hybrid cabin. Rates follow the kilometres covered in a day, so adding a day usually lowers the daily rate. Work out your exact rate.
Nothing is collected from you on the road. The daily rate covers the chauffeur and his allowance. You buy the fuel, full tank out and full tank back, and you pay toll and parking exactly as incurred, against the FASTag statement and the cash receipts. No night charge, no minimum kilometres, no extra kilometre rate, and nothing added for crossing a state line. The car is serviced on schedule at the authorised Toyota workshop and we keep every invoice. Every rule of a booking, written down.
Alibaug is about 100 km from Andheri via the Atal Setu, roughly two hours. A day trip with the beaches usually runs 220 to 260 km, and more if you go on to Kashid. On the flat rate none of it is billed by the kilometre: you pay the day rate and fill the fuel your trip uses. A day runs until 12 midnight. If the car reaches our garage after 11 PM on the last day, one extra day's driver allowance is payable; after 12 midnight, the next day's rate applies. A ₹2,000 deposit confirms your date.
Alibaug is a string of beaches spread along the coast, so the car becomes your base for the day: bags, dry clothes, and somewhere cool to sit between swims.
Near-silent hybrid cabin. The Hycross ZX Top is a petrol strong hybrid. It pulls away on electric power in silence, and the cabin stays calm, with far less engine noise and vibration than a diesel.
Leave by 7 AM to reach the sand before the weekend crowd. The Hycross and your chauffeur reach your door.
Kolaba Fort at low tide, Kihim, Nagaon, Kashid: go as you please. There is no kilometre meter running.
Refill at the end of the trip and pay the day rate plus toll/parking. That is the whole bill.
The flat rate above is for the Hycross ZX Top. For two or three people on a tighter budget, or a large group, we also run the Innova Crysta, sedans, Ertiga and Carens, Tempo Travellers, the Force Urbania and buses for Mumbai to Alibaug, quoted for your trip.

The fort sits just offshore, and at low tide you can walk out to it across the sand. Check the tide before you plan the morning.
Quieter and greener than the main beach, backed by casuarina trees and old bungalows. Good for a slow morning.
Wide, clean and the centre for water sports: banana boats, jet skis and parasailing.
Long, flat and almost empty on a weekday. The closest thing to the old, quiet Alibaug.
A longer drive south and worth it: white sand, clearer water, and the prettiest road on this route.
The island fort that was never taken, reached by sailboat from Rajapuri. Give it a half-day of its own.
Via the Atal Setu it takes about two hours. The old road through Panvel and Pen took three to four.
There are no cash lanes on the Atal Setu. The car runs FASTag, and toll/parking is added at actuals with receipts.
The boat to Mandwa is quick, but the beaches are spread out and you arrive with no vehicle. Driving means the car is with you all day.
You can only walk out at low tide. Look up the tide timings for your date before fixing the morning.
Alibaug is Mumbai's default weekend beach. Leaving by seven beats the crowd; weekdays are a different place.
Dry, warm days and calm water for the boats. Water sports stop in the monsoon.
Starting from Navi Mumbai, Panvel or Thane? You are already close to the Alibaug road. Tell us your pickup point and we will time the departure around it.
Two different things get called "the Alibaug ferry". The fast catamarans from the Gateway of India to Mandwa carry people but not cars, and the Maritime Board suspends them for the monsoon, in 2026 from late May to the end of August. The M2M ro-ro from Bhaucha Dhakka is the only service that carries a car, and it runs a handful of sailings a day with no fixed year round timetable, needs booking in advance and a vehicle check in 45 to 60 minutes before departure, and can be stopped by weather at no notice. People have been stranded at Mandwa over a Diwali weekend when a storm signal halted the boats.
About 110 to 120 km from Andheri East, realistically two and three quarter to three and a half hours, and you keep the vehicle for local running once you are there. No check in, no sailing to miss, no weather.
Take the catamaran across for the sea crossing and have the car meet you at Mandwa jetty. Mandwa to Alibaug town is about 20 km and twenty to thirty minutes. Tell us when you book and we will time it to your sailing.
Roughly June to August the passenger boats stop. If your dates fall in that window, the question answers itself.
The ro-ro operator does not publish its fares anywhere we can verify, and the figures on booking sites move seasonally. Check m2mferries.com on the day rather than trust a number on a cab company’s page, ours included.
Rs 250 for a car each way. It is a concessional rate that has been renewed every January and currently runs to 31 December 2026. The bridge itself is rarely congested; it runs well below its design capacity.
It is Pen and Vadkhal Naka, where the Mumbai Goa highway work has run long. That is the stretch that decides whether your drive is two and a half hours or four.
Nobody publishes opening hours for Kolaba fort, because there are none. It stands a kilometre or two out in the sea off Alibaug beach. At low tide you walk across, sometimes through water. At high tide you need a boat, or you do not go. The only real timetable is the tide table, and your chauffeur checks the day’s low tide before the family sets off. That is the difference between seeing the fort and standing on the sand looking at it.
Long, flat and black sanded. The district’s own description warns that the tide rolls in from all sides and you may have to wade. It also says, in its own words, that crowds are thin on weekdays.
Nagaon received international Blue Flag certification in October 2025, one of only five beaches in Maharashtra. That covers water quality, safety, sanitation and waste. If you want one beach done properly, this is now the one.
Akshi about 5 km, white sand and casuarina. Kihim somewhere between 11 and 15 km depending on whose figure you take, known for its woods, butterflies and birds. Both are quiet and both are easy drives.
White sand in a curve between two headlands, with water sports and food stalls. The district site says 50 km from Alibaug and most other sources say about 30. We plan on the longer figure so nobody is disappointed by the clock.
The island fortress sits about 1.5 km offshore and you reach it by local boat from Rajapuri. We cannot verify the boat timings or whether they run in the monsoon, so we do not publish them. It is a full day from Alibaug, not an afternoon.
Water sports operators in Maharashtra must register with the Directorate of Tourism and hold certified equipment and trained staff. Ask to see it before anyone gets on a jet ski. Almost nobody tells you this and it costs nothing to ask.
On peak weekends the Raigad Collector bans heavy vehicles on the Alibaug, Dharamtar and Mandwa roads in timed windows, specifically so tourist cars can move. Cars are not affected. Trucks are.
No authority publishes a parking rate at any of these beaches. Whatever is collected locally is passed on to you at actuals. We are not going to print a figure we cannot stand behind.
We park on the road. We found no order either permitting or banning it, and a chauffeur driven car on a tidal beach is a bad idea regardless of what the rules say.
The clear window. March to May is hot and humid but the sea is calm and the long May weekends are a genuine peak. July and August bring more than half the year’s rain between them.
Green, quiet and pleasant, and not a swimming trip. Boat rides and water sports mostly stop. If that is what you are booking, go in and come out by road and plan the days indoors.
You will read property articles saying it has transformed the drive from Uran. It is under construction and about a quarter built, with no completion date announced. When it opens it will matter. It has not opened.
