Your trip sits in one band, and that band is the price for the day. There is no kilometre meter, no hourly counting and no minimum kilometres. For a trip of more than one day we average the kilometres over the days, read the band once and multiply by the number of days, so a long first day does not push the whole trip up a band. These bands apply to the Innova Hycross ZX Top and the Innova Crysta, and they apply anywhere in India: there is no extra charge for crossing a state line. Our other cars stay on our per-kilometre rate card. Beyond 650 km in a day we plan the trip as two days.
Nothing is collected from you on the road. The daily rate covers the chauffeur and his allowance. You buy the fuel, full tank out and full tank back, and you pay toll and parking exactly as incurred, against the FASTag statement and the cash receipts. No night charge, no minimum kilometres, no extra kilometre rate, and nothing added for crossing a state line. The car is serviced on schedule at the authorised Toyota workshop and we keep every invoice. Every rule of a booking, written down.
There is no kilometre meter and no hourly counting on any route. You pay the day rate and fill the fuel your trip uses. For Goa, the state entry tax is paid at actuals. A day runs until 12 midnight. If the car reaches our garage after 11 PM on the last day, one extra day's driver allowance is payable; after 12 midnight, the next day's rate applies. A ₹2,000 deposit confirms your date.

Whether it is five hours to Shirdi or twelve to Goa, the car is where your family spends most of the trip. The top-model Hycross makes those hours the easy part.
Near-silent hybrid cabin. The Hycross ZX Top is a petrol strong hybrid. It pulls away on electric power in silence, and the cabin stays calm, with far less engine noise and vibration than a diesel.

A ₹2,000 deposit confirms your date. The Hycross and your chauffeur reach your door on time.
Refill at the end of the trip. There is no kilometre meter running. That is the whole bill.
The flat rate above is for the Hycross ZX Top. For two or three people on a tighter budget, or a large group, we also run the Innova Crysta, sedans, Ertiga and Carens, Tempo Travellers, the Force Urbania and buses for Outstation from Mumbai, quoted for your trip.
A drop is priced exactly like a same-day return to the same place, because the car covers the same kilometres either way. The return kilometres are counted in the band, so there is no one-way premium and no separate dead mileage charge on top. You pay the fuel for the whole journey, out and back, plus toll/parking and any state tax at actuals.
Each calendar day is one day rate, until 12 midnight. If the car reaches our garage after 11 PM on the last day, one extra day's driver allowance is payable; after 12 midnight, the next day's rate applies.
The chauffeur's food and stay are covered in the daily rate. Nothing extra for his meals or his room.
The car leaves your door on a full tank and you refill it at the end. You pay only the fuel your trip uses.
Tolls run on FASTag and are passed on with receipts. Nothing is hidden in the rate.
A ₹2,000 deposit confirms your date, refunded if you cancel at least 72 hours before the trip.
We pick up anywhere in Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai and the airport. Fuel is counted from our garage and back.
Most companies price a one-way drop by charging you for the kilometres the car covers coming back without you, and it always feels like paying for a journey you did not take. On the flat daily band there is nothing to argue about, because the band is read from the kilometres the car covers garage to garage, out and back, which is the same distance whether you are in the car on the way home or not.
So the price is the same either way. A drop to Pune is about 165 km each way, 330 km garage to garage, the ₹6,000 band, exactly what a same-day Pune return costs. A drop to Shirdi is 520 km garage to garage, ₹7,000, exactly what a same-day Shirdi return costs. No one-way premium, no dead mileage line, no return-kilometre charge.
You pay the fuel the journey uses and toll/parking, as on any duty. Where the drop is far enough that the car cannot be home the same day, the rate is read over the days the car is away: a drop to Goa is about 1,140 km garage to garage, so ₹7,500 a day over two days.
