Guaranteed model, not a category. You are booking our flagship Innova Crysta. Once your booking is confirmed we send you photographs of that exact car, its registration number, and your chauffeur's name and number. Every cab aggregator in this market writes "or similar" against every car, because none of them knows which car will arrive at your door.
One flat daily rate, set by the kilometres the car runs that day. It starts at ₹5,000 a day for the Innova Crysta, ₹5,500 on a Sunday, and the rate steps up in flat bands as the day gets longer. The same rate applies in any state. See the full band table, or work out your own price.
Kilometres are counted from our garage and back, and are used only to read the band. You are never billed per kilometre. For a trip of more than one day we average the kilometres over the days, read the band once and multiply by the number of days. You pay fuel, full tank to full tank, and toll and parking at actuals. An outstation day runs until 12 midnight.
Nothing is collected from you on the road. No night charge, no minimum kilometres, no extra kilometre rate, and nothing added for crossing a state line. Toll and parking are paid exactly as incurred, against the FASTag statement and the cash receipts. The car is serviced on schedule at the authorised Toyota workshop and we keep every invoice. Every rule of a booking, written down.

A booking deposit of ₹1,000 for local duty or ₹2,000 for outstation confirms your dates. GST only if you need a GST invoice.

Want a quieter ride? Upgrade to the Hycross hybrid. It pulls away on electric power in silence, and the cabin stays calm, with far less engine noise and vibration than a diesel.
Courteous in conduct and calm on the road. He knows the Expressway, the Kasara and Wai ghats and the Konkan roads, opens the doors and handles the luggage. No smoking, no tobacco, no alcohol, ever.
Our Innova Crysta seats six guests and the chauffeur. The middle row has two captain seats, which is what makes the long drive comfortable: each passenger has an armrest on both sides and can get out without anyone moving.
A seventh seat is subject to availability. When a driver plus seven car is free, a bench extension is fitted between the two captain seats, joining them into a three-seat row. Ask for it when you enquire and we will tell you straight away whether we can give you one for your dates. If we cannot, and you are seven guests, the honest answer is a Tempo Traveller or a Force Urbania rather than squeezing a Crysta.
The Innova Hycross ZX Top is a driver plus six only. Its middle-row captain seats have a powered electric leg rest and cannot take a bench extension.
Most companies price a one-way drop by charging you for the kilometres the car covers coming back without you, and it always feels like paying for a journey you did not take. On the flat daily band there is nothing to argue about, because the band is read from the kilometres the car covers garage to garage, out and back, which is the same distance whether you are in the car on the way home or not.
So the price is the same either way. A drop to Pune is about 165 km each way, 330 km garage to garage, the ₹6,000 band, exactly what a same-day Pune return costs. A drop to Shirdi is 520 km garage to garage, ₹7,000, exactly what a same-day Shirdi return costs. No one-way premium, no dead mileage line, no return-kilometre charge.
You pay the fuel the journey uses and toll/parking, as on any duty. Where the drop is far enough that the car cannot be home the same day, the rate is read over the days the car is away: a drop to Goa is about 1,140 km garage to garage, so ₹7,500 a day over two days.
