When you search for an Innova on rent near you, the honest question underneath it is usually one of three: can you reach me, how soon, and what will it cost. Here are those three answers before anything else.
Can we reach you. Our garage is in Vasant Oasis, Marol, Andheri East, two minutes off the Andheri Kurla Road. We pick up from forty five areas across Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai, listed in full below. There is no pickup charge for any of them. If your area is not on the list, ask anyway, because the list is where we go most often, not a boundary.
How soon. With notice the night before, the car is at your door at the time you asked. On the same day it depends only on whether a car is free, which we will tell you straight away rather than keep you waiting. From Andheri the car reaches most of the western suburbs in twenty to forty minutes, South Mumbai in forty five to seventy five, Thane and Navi Mumbai in forty five to ninety, depending on the hour. Those are real Mumbai timings, not a brochure promise.
What it will cost. One rate, told to you in writing, before you commit to anything. The calculator above gives you the figure in thirty seconds without anybody having to call you back.
No pickup charge from any of these. Tell us the building and the time, and the car and the chauffeur are there.

₹3,700 for 8 hours and 80 kilometres on the Innova Crysta, fuel included. ₹4,500 on the Innova Hycross. Beyond that it is ₹300 an hour and ₹20 a kilometre on the Crysta. Meetings, a hospital visit, a day of shopping, guests to look after.
Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, with a name board at the gate and your flight tracked, so an early landing or a late one does not cost you the car. Priced as a local duty or per kilometre, whichever is less for the distance.
The car leaves from your door and stays with you for the whole trip. ₹5,500 a day flat on the Hycross with no kilometre meter, or ₹20 a kilometre on the Crysta with the fuel included. Shirdi, Lonavala, Mahabaleshwar, Goa and twenty one more.
Most car rental in this city is sold as a seat count. You book a six seater and something with six seats arrives. We do it the other way round. There is one Innova Hycross ZX Top in this fleet, it is our flagship car, and when you book it you receive photographs of that car, its registration number and your chauffeur's name and number before you travel.
Every cab aggregator in this market writes "or similar" or "or equivalent" against every car, and it is in their published terms rather than being an accident. The chauffeur is somebody we know personally, not somebody an app assigned an hour before your pickup, and he has driven the route before.
On the road nothing is collected from you except toll and parking, exactly as incurred, against the FASTag statement and the cash receipts. Every rule of a booking, written down.
