A written rate card for your company, based on your monthly volume. Bulk bookings get bulk rates, and the rates stay fixed for the agreement period.
The chauffeur reports before the reporting time. For airport pickups we track your flight and adjust the pickup if it lands early or late.
Cars are cleaned before every duty. Chauffeurs are polite, well-spoken and route-trained. No smoking, no tobacco, no alcohol, ever.
GST invoice for every trip, or one consolidated invoice a month, with signed duty slips and your PO number. We file our GST returns on time, so our invoices appear correctly in your GSTR-2B.
We work to your payment terms and the credit period agreed with your finance team, with monthly billing and a clear statement of account.

These are our published rates for the two cars we own and run ourselves, so the exact model is guaranteed. Every figure is shown both ways, flat and per kilometre, so your travel desk can compare it against any other quotation without doing arithmetic. Rates on your own rate card are negotiated against your monthly volume and are usually better than these.

The only difference between the flat rate and the kilometre rate is the fuel. On the flat rate you buy the fuel and the chauffeur allowance is already inside the price. On the kilometre rate we buy the fuel and the chauffeur allowance is billed separately. Nothing else changes between the two, and you may book either one on the same agreement.
On the monthly dedicated car the car is not shared with anyone else and the chauffeur does not change. Extra days beyond the twenty six, late running and outstation duty inside a monthly arrangement are set out in your rate card. Toll and parking are billed at actuals against the FASTag statement and the receipts, and GST is added on the invoice.
Every other vehicle, from a sedan to a Force Urbania or a bus, is quoted per kilometre with fuel included. Work out any trip on the estimator or request the rate card for your company.

Yes. We work to your payment terms and the credit period agreed in the service agreement, with monthly billing and a statement of account.
Yes. We are registered under GST (GSTIN 27BECPR0166P1Z1). You get a GST invoice for every trip or one consolidated monthly invoice, with duty slips and your PO number. Our returns are filed on time, so our invoices appear correctly in your GSTR-2B.
Yes. For conferences, board meetings and events we arrange a fleet of cars, Tempo Travellers or buses at short notice, with one coordinator on the day.
Yes. We sign a formal service agreement covering rates, service levels, insurance, liability and confidentiality, and complete your vendor registration forms. Our agreement is drafted in-house with legal expertise, and we are equally happy to work on yours.
For every car: registration certificate, permit, commercial insurance, fitness certificate and PUC. For every chauffeur: driving licence and ID proof. Copies are shared with your admin or compliance team on request.
Yes. NGOs and CSR teams hire an Innova or Ertiga from us for field and monitoring visits to remote villages and project sites, with monthly billing and trip logs for their records.
Yes. Request the rate card and we will arrange a test run at the corporate rate, so your team can judge the car, the chauffeur and the billing before empanelment.
