The Innova Hycross ZX Top is one flat daily rate with no kilometre meter, no hourly counting and no minimum kilometres. Up to 250 km in a day it is ₹5,500 (Sunday ₹6,000). A longer day moves up one band: up to 350 km ₹6,000, up to 450 km ₹6,500, up to 550 km ₹7,000, up to 650 km ₹7,500, each ₹500 more on Sunday. The same bands apply anywhere in India, with no extra charge for crossing a state line. The Innova Crysta runs on the same bands at ₹500 a day less. You pay fuel (full tank to full tank) and toll/parking at actuals, and the driver allowance is included. A day runs until 12 midnight. See all outstation routes.

We add up the kilometres for the whole trip, divide by the number of days, read that one band, and multiply by the number of days. So a long first day does not push the whole trip up a band. A four-day Konkan trip of about 1,200 km averages 300 km a day, which is the ₹6,000 band, so it is ₹24,000 for the Hycross. Sunday is ₹500 more for that day. You are told the whole figure in writing before the car moves.

The Innova Hycross ZX Top and the Innova Crysta. Every other car we run (sedans, Ertiga, Carens, Tempo Traveller, Urbania, buses and the luxury cars) stays on our per-kilometre rate card. We hold one top-model Hycross ZX, so its dates fill early.

Not on the Innova Hycross ZX Top or the Innova Crysta. Both run on flat daily bands with 250 km included in the base band, and nothing is billed per kilometre. You are quoted one price for the day before the car moves. Our other cars (sedans, Ertiga, Carens and the group vehicles) stay on our per-kilometre rate card, where a 300 km a day minimum applies because the car and the chauffeur are blocked for the whole day.

The daily rate is the same in every state. Goa, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, a union territory: the band is read from the kilometres, not from the state line, so there is no separate out of state charge. Two government costs do sit on top and are passed to you at actuals against the receipt: a state entry fee or entry tax, where the state you enter levies one on a tourist vehicle, and a monument or park entry fee on the vehicle, for example at some hill stations and sanctuaries. Our car holds an All India Tourist Permit, so most states charge nothing. Whatever is charged, you see the receipt and pay only what is on it, with nothing added by us.

Yes, on the Innova Hycross ZX Top and the Innova Crysta, and on exactly the same daily bands. Kilometres are counted garage to garage, so a drop is measured as the distance out and the distance back, which is the same distance the car covers on a same-day return to that place. The band is read from that figure and you pay the daily rate for it. A drop therefore costs the same as a same-day return to the same place. There is no one-way premium and no dead mileage charge added on top, because the kilometres that bring the car home are already inside the band you are paying. You pay the fuel for the whole journey, out and back, along with toll/parking and any state tax, at actuals, as on any other duty. Where the drop is far enough that the car cannot be home the same day, the rate is read over the days the car is away: a drop to Goa, for example, is about 1,140 km garage to garage, which is ₹7,500 a day over two days.

Driver allowance (or bata) covers the chauffeur's own food and accommodation on outstation trips. On the Innova Hycross ZX Top and the Innova Crysta it is included in the daily rate and never charged separately. On our other cars, which stay on the per-kilometre rate card, it is ₹600 a day on sedans and MPVs, and ₹800 to ₹1,000 a day on luxury and group vehicles.

Toll plaza charges and parking fees vary trip-to-trip and route-to-route. Including them in a single rate would force every customer to pay an average, meaning short trips subsidise long trips. We pass them on at actuals with FASTag receipts so you only pay for what your trip used.

On the Hycross flat rate, a day runs until 12 midnight. On the Hycross and on per-km cars alike, if the car reaches our garage after 11:00 PM on the last day, one extra day's driver allowance is payable, and after 12 midnight the next day's full outstation charges apply. A car returning late cannot go out the next morning, so we advise starting the return early. For local duties past midnight, a flat ₹300 additional driver allowance applies.

On the Innova Hycross ZX Top and the Innova Crysta, fuel is separate on outstation trips: the car is given on a full tank and returned on a full tank, so you pay only for the fuel your trip uses and nothing is estimated. On our other cars, which stay on the per-kilometre rate card, fuel is included in the per-kilometre rate. Every Mumbai local package includes fuel.

Yes. The driver's salary is included in every rate. On the Innova Hycross ZX Top and the Innova Crysta the outstation driver allowance is included as well. On our other cars the only separate driver charge is the outstation driver allowance, which covers his food and stay.

Sedan: 3 medium suitcases · Ertiga / Carens: 4 medium suitcases · Crysta / Hycross: 5 medium suitcases · Tempo Traveller: 12+ pieces in the cargo hold. If your group has more luggage than seats, mention it on WhatsApp so we can plan the right vehicle or a carrier.

Roof carriers are not standard on most of our cars. For trips with bulk luggage, religious yatras with extra items, or weddings with decoration, we can arrange a carrier-fitted vehicle on request with 24-hour notice. Mention it when you ask for the quote.

Our standard local rate is garage-to-garage, kilometres and time are counted from the moment the car leaves our garage to the moment it returns. This is the default model and the most cost-effective for customers within Mumbai.

Separately, we offer point-to-point rates which start counting from your pickup point. These vary based on where you are (and the package rate is slightly different from the standard). Ask us which works better for your trip.

A deposit confirms the vehicle: ₹2,000 for outstation, ₹1,000 for local (higher amounts for luxury, multi-day, or wedding bookings, we'll tell you upfront). The balance is payable at the time of pickup, and the complete payment must be settled at the time of drop. Corporate clients with a running contract are exempt from the deposit requirement.

For bookings cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup, the deposit is refundable. If the guest does not travel at the scheduled time without cancelling, the booking is treated as a no-show and the full day is charged. Corporate clients with running contracts follow their contract terms.

WhatsApp quotes typically come back within 30 minutes (we are open 24 hours, 7 days). Once we send a quote, the vehicle is held for 30 minutes for you.

Both are charged, and only on Mumbai local duties. Extra hours: ₹350 an hour Hycross, ₹300 an hour Crysta, ₹250 an hour Ertiga or Carens, other vehicles confirmed in your quotation. Extra kilometres: ₹25 a km Hycross, ₹20 a km Crysta, other vehicles at the rate stated in your quote. Outstation trips on the Hycross and the Crysta have no kilometre charge at all.

No. A vehicle booked for outstation is reserved strictly for that journey, it cannot be used locally in Mumbai before departure or after the return. The trip ends the moment the vehicle returns to Mumbai. Any local running is booked separately as an 8 hour / 80 km local duty at the applicable rate.
