What is the difference between the flat daily rate and the per kilometre rate?

The fuel. On the flat daily rate you buy the fuel yourself and the chauffeur allowance is already inside the price, with no kilometre meter and no minimum of any kind. On the per kilometre rate we buy the fuel and it is inside the rate, and the chauffeur allowance is charged separately at a fixed amount a day. Nothing else changes between the two.

Why is there a minimum of 300 kilometres a day on the per kilometre rate?

Because what is booked is the day, not the distance. The car and the chauffeur leave the garage for one guest and cannot take another booking until they are back, whether the trip runs 80 kilometres or 300. The cost of that day is the same either way, so the day carries a minimum. A short trip is better taken on the Innova Hycross or Innova Crysta flat daily rate, which has no minimum at all.

How are the kilometres counted on a one way drop?

Garage to garage. The guest travels one way but the car travels both, because it has to return to the Mumbai garage empty and those kilometres cannot be sold to anyone else. The return leg is already inside the rate shown, and no one way premium or dead mileage fee is added on top.

What is included in the price and what is extra?

The car, the chauffeur, his food and his stay are included. Toll and parking are payable at actuals against the FASTag statement and the receipts. GST is added only if a GST invoice is needed. There is no night charge, no state border charge and no hidden extra.

The two flagship cars lead, then cheapest first. Cars too small for the party grey out instead of disappearing. Every per kilometre price is the minimum billable kilometres multiplied by the rate, plus the driver allowance. No distance is shown anywhere, on this screen or on the guest's.
