Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you would ask before booking — answered honestly.

No fine print. No hidden costs. The way our customers have asked us things for three decades, written down once so the answers are always the same.

Outstation Charges
Why is there a minimum 300 km/day charge on outstation?
Outstation trips block the car and the chauffeur for the entire day, even if you do not drive the full distance. The 300 km/day minimum covers fixed costs — driver day rate, vehicle availability, and ensuring fair compensation. If you drive more than 300 km, you pay only the actuals; if less, you still pay for 300.
What is driver allowance (driver bata)?
Driver allowance (or bata) is a flat per-day amount that covers the chauffeur's own food and accommodation when on outstation. ₹600/day on sedans and MPVs, ₹800–₹1,000/day on luxury and group vehicles. This is what you would otherwise pay if you arranged the driver's meals and stay yourself.
Why do you charge toll and parking extra?
Toll plaza charges and parking fees vary trip-to-trip and route-to-route. Including them in a single rate would force every customer to pay an average — meaning short trips subsidise long trips. We pass them on at actuals with FASTag receipts so you only pay for what your trip used.
What happens if my outstation trip ends after midnight?
On the concluding day, if the vehicle reaches our garage after 11:00 PM, one additional day's driver allowance is payable. If it reaches the garage after 12 midnight, the next day's full outstation charges apply. A vehicle returning late cannot be despatched the next day — so we advise starting the return journey early. For local duties past midnight, a flat ₹300 additional driver allowance applies.
What's Included
Is fuel included in the rate?
Yes. All fuel costs are included in the per-kilometre rate. You do not pay separately for fuel.
Is driver salary included in the rate?
Yes. Driver salary is included in the package or per-km rate. The only driver-related charge that may apply separately is the driver allowance (bata) on outstation trips, which covers his own food and stay.
Is GST extra?
GST invoices are available on request. GST is charged extra where a GST invoice is required. Our GSTIN: 27BECPR0166P1Z1.
Vehicle Capacity
How many people can sit in the car?
Capacity varies by vehicle (excluding the driver): Hatchback / Sedan — 4 passengers · Ertiga / Carens — 6 · Innova Crysta / Hycross — 6 (captain seats; bench-seat Crysta seating 7 on request) · Tempo Traveller — 12 or 14 seater · Force Urbania — 13 · Mini Bus — 20 to 32 · Full Bus — 35 to 50.
How much luggage can the car carry?
Sedan: 3 medium suitcases · Ertiga / Carens: 4 medium suitcases · Crysta / Hycross: 5 medium suitcases · Tempo Traveller: 12+ pieces in the cargo hold. If your group has more luggage than seats, mention it on WhatsApp so we can plan the right vehicle or a carrier.
Does the car have a carrier on top?
Roof carriers are not standard on most of our cars. For trips with bulk luggage, religious yatras with extra items, or weddings with decoration, we can arrange a carrier-fitted vehicle on request with 24-hour notice. Mention it when you ask for the quote.
Local Bookings
How are kilometres calculated for local duties — from my pickup or from your garage?
Our standard local rate is garage-to-garage — kilometres and time are counted from the moment the car leaves our garage to the moment it returns. This is the default model and the most cost-effective for customers within Mumbai.

Separately, we offer point-to-point rates which start counting from your pickup point. These vary based on where you are (and the package rate is slightly different from the standard). Ask us which works better for your trip.
Booking & Payment
What is the booking deposit and payment terms?
A deposit confirms the vehicle: ₹2,000 for outstation, ₹1,000 for local (higher amounts for luxury, multi-day, or wedding bookings — we'll tell you upfront). The balance is payable at the time of pickup, and the complete payment must be settled at the time of drop. Corporate clients with a running contract are exempt from the deposit requirement.
What is your cancellation policy?
For bookings cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup, the deposit is refundable. If the guest does not travel at the scheduled time without cancelling, the booking is treated as a no-show and the full day is charged. Corporate clients with running contracts follow their contract terms.
How quickly will I get a quote?
WhatsApp quotes typically come back within 30 minutes during business hours (Mon–Sat 9 AM–9 PM). Once we send a quote, the vehicle is held for 30 minutes for you.
What if the local duty runs beyond 8 hours or 80 km?
Both are charged. Extra hours: ₹350/hour Hycross, ₹300/hour Crysta, ₹250/hour Ertiga or Carens — other vehicles confirmed in your quotation. Extra kilometres are charged at the vehicle's per-km rate, which is stated in the quote before the trip starts.
Can the outstation car also be used for local running in Mumbai?
No. A vehicle booked for outstation is reserved strictly for that journey — it cannot be used locally in Mumbai before departure or after the return. The trip ends the moment the vehicle returns to Mumbai. Any local running is booked separately as an 8 hour / 80 km local duty at the applicable rate.
Corporate Clients
Do you have a corporate contract / vendor empanelment option?
Yes. We are happy to enter into a vendor supplier contract with corporates. Empanelled corporates receive:

· Monthly billing instead of per-trip payment
· GST-compliant invoices with e-way bills
· Deposit waiver — no upfront required
· Fixed quarterly pricing
· A dedicated point of contact

Five corporates already on our roster — Glenmark, IPCA, Indiabulls, Total Elf, Ideal Cures. Onboarding takes one meeting. See corporate page →
