Each batch leaves Andheri East at about 9 PM on Thursday and is back in Mumbai by about 7 AM on Monday. Most guests take only the Friday off work. A batch runs once 12 seats are booked; if it does not fill, you choose a full refund or a seat on another batch.
Prices are per person. Children pay the same as adults, because every guest has their own seat and bed. The room price depends on how many share it. Prices checked on 13 October 2026.

These are the long-weekend and festival prices that apply to all four batches above. On ordinary weekends the trip is ₹500 less per person from Mumbai and ₹300 less from Kankavli, starting at ₹7,999 and ₹4,499. A family, office or group of friends can take the whole Urbania on dates of your choice; ask us for a private batch.
Kankavli is the base for all three days. It sits on the Mumbai-Goa highway, about 35 km from Malvan and about 50 km from Devgad, so you sleep in the same room both nights and never live out of a bag.
Board the Urbania at Andheri East at about 9 PM. We can also collect you on the way out of Mumbai; tell us your pickup point when you book. The drive to Kankavli is about 480 km on the Mumbai-Goa highway, nine to ten hours, with a tea halt on the way. The seats recline, so you can sleep through most of it.
We reach Mumbai at about 7 AM and drop you at the pickup point you boarded at. Guests who joined at Kankavli finish after dinner on Sunday.
Times are a guide and depend on traffic and weather. Your trip captain may change the order of the stops on the day so you see everything in the best light.
The trip runs in a top-model Force Urbania with 16 reclining passenger seats, one per guest, so nobody sits on a jump seat. It is air conditioned throughout, with window curtains, a marked emergency exit, a roof carrier with a ladder for luggage, and a first-aid kit on board. The Urbania belongs to our family and is registered and kept in Sindhudurg.

Most Konkan group trips are put together from a bus operator, a lodge and a caterer who have never met. Ours is run by one family based in Kankavli: the vehicle, the rooms, the kitchen and the captain, so there is one number to call for everything.
All rooms are air conditioned. Six sharing and four sharing are our two big Family Rooms on the Mumbai-Goa highway, opposite SBI. Triple, double and single are rooms at our homestay at Tembwadi, two minutes off the highway.
Breakfasts and dinners are at Hotel Kokan House, our family restaurant in Kankavli, cooked fresh to order with Konkan and Malvani home-style dishes, vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Your trip captain is Soham Rane, who lives in Kankavli and drives the Urbania himself.
