The Innova Crysta is the same trip at ₹500 a day less, driver plus 6 with two captain seats in the middle row; driver plus 7 is subject to availability, when a bench extension is fitted between the captain seats. The Innova Hycross ZX Top is the top model: powered recliner captain seats, a panoramic sunroof and a near-silent hybrid cabin. Rates follow the kilometres covered in a day, so adding a day usually lowers the daily rate. Work out your exact rate.
Nothing is collected from you on the road. The daily rate covers the chauffeur and his allowance. You buy the fuel, full tank out and full tank back, and you pay toll and parking exactly as incurred, against the FASTag statement and the cash receipts. No night charge, no minimum kilometres, no extra kilometre rate, and nothing added for crossing a state line. The car is serviced on schedule at the authorised Toyota workshop and we keep every invoice. Every rule of a booking, written down.
Kevadia is about 420 km from Andheri, roughly seven hours by the highway. Three days runs about 900 km garage to garage. On the flat rate none of it is billed by the kilometre: you pay the day rate and fill the fuel your trip uses. A day runs until 12 midnight. If the car reaches our garage after 11 PM on the last day, one extra day's driver allowance is payable; after 12 midnight, the next day's rate applies. A ₹2,000 deposit confirms your date.
Seven hours each way, and a middle day spent walking a very exposed site in the sun. This is a route where a cooled seat on the way back is the part of the trip people remember kindly.
Near-silent hybrid cabin. The Hycross ZX Top is a petrol strong hybrid. It pulls away on electric power in silence, and the cabin stays calm, with far less engine noise and vibration than a diesel.
The highway north is clear before eight. The Hycross and your chauffeur reach your door at first light.
Kevadia runs on shuttle buses between attractions. Your chauffeur parks and waits, and there is no kilometre meter running while you are inside.
Refill at the end and pay the day rate plus toll and parking. That is the whole bill.
The flat rate above is for the Hycross ZX Top. For two or three people on a tighter budget, or a large group, we also run the Innova Crysta, sedans, Ertiga and Carens, Tempo Travellers, the Force Urbania and buses for Mumbai to Statue of Unity, quoted for your trip.

Private vehicles stop at the parking hub. The chauffeur waits there while you use the internal buses.
Two days means about 450 km a day and a higher band. Three days averages 300 km, drops a band, and gives you a full day at Kevadia instead of half.
The tent city and the hotels at Kevadia put you at the gate in the morning. Vadodara adds two hours of driving each way.
October to February. April and May are punishing on the exposed walkways.
Starting from Borivali, Bhayandar or Vasai? The highway north runs your way out of the city. Tell us your pickup point and we will time the departure around it.
Kevadia was renamed Ekta Nagar, and the railway station with it. The site is run by the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Rashtriya Ekta Trust and there are more than thirty separate attractions, each with its own ticket: the jungle safari, the cruises, the glow garden, Arogya Van, the cactus and butterfly garden, the children’s nutrition park, the dino trail, the maze, river rafting at Khalwani. Budget for the ones you want rather than assuming one ticket covers the day.
Maintenance day, and the laser show does not run either. Open 8 AM to 6 PM the rest of the week, with the observation deck from 9 AM.
Sadhu Bet hillock, reached by a 300 metre bridge. Our car takes you to the visitor parking and the site’s own shuttle takes you from there. No private vehicle reaches the base.
Through the official portal. We will not print ticket prices here because the portal is the only place we can stand behind, and the figures circulating elsewhere are not from the trust.
Nightly except Monday, from about 7:30 PM. It is the reason to stay over rather than turn around.
Roughly 400 to 450 km and eight to nine hours each way. A day return from Mumbai is not realistic and we will not quote one.
Useful if you want a city night at one end of the trip, and the natural place to break the drive.
