Information you give us. When you use the enquiry form, WhatsApp or the telephone, we receive your name, phone number and, optionally, your email address, along with whatever trip details you choose to share — dates, pickup and drop locations, passenger numbers and vehicle preference.

Like most websites, ours records standard technical information: pages viewed, approximate city, device and browser type, how you arrived and how you move through the site. We use Microsoft Clarity for this, which also captures anonymised session replays and heatmaps so we can see where the website confuses people and fix it.
Advertising measurement. We use Google Ads conversion tracking to understand which advertisements produce genuine enquiries. It records that an action happened — a WhatsApp click, a call button tap, a form submission — not the content of your conversation with us.

We disclose information to authorities only where the law requires it.
Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for up to one year, in case you come back to us.
Completed booking records and invoices are retained for eight years, as required under Indian tax law.
Website analytics data is retained for the standard periods set by Google and Microsoft.
